    Utility Rates Analysts conducts a thorough analysis of your utility bills to determine if all areas of cost and charges are correct. This is completed in conjunction with a review of the tariffs that regulate the charges of the particular utilities serving your area. From this, we will confirm that you are receiving the services you are paying for and determine if there are ways to reduce your utility costs.

How involved do we (the company) have to be?
    URA does all the footwork necessary, including coping the invoices that we may need. We also initiate all contact with the utility companies. Our goal is to make the whole process transparent to our client.

How long does this process take?
    We strive to have the audit completed in two(2) to three(3) months. Of course, multiple locations and complex situations may prolong the audit.

Are there any up front costs?
    There are no up front fees, charges, or retainers. We will however work on an hourly basis in the event you are hiring us to do a specific task.
